- Selected candidates for Management Trainee will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lump sum stipend of Rs. 30,000/- per month
- After successful completion of one year training they will be absorbed in E1 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 40,000/- to 1,40,000/-. The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay +VDA (39.2%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) and other allowances which works out to Rs. 80,000/- approximately.
