Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 and 23 years old. For OBC candidates, the age limit is 18 to 26 years, and for SC/ST candidates, it’s 18 to 28 years, with age relaxation as per government rules.

Selection Process
The selection process for the Assam Rifles Constable Recruitment involves the following stages:
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their eligibility and application.
- Physical Test: This includes height and running tests. For male candidates, the height requirement is 166 cm (160 cm for North India zone) and a 5 km run within 24 minutes. Female candidates should have a height of 157 cm (150 cm for North India zone) and complete an 800-meter run in 4 minutes.
- Written Test: Those who pass the physical test will proceed to a written examination.
- Document Verification: Successful candidates will need to provide the necessary documents for verification.
Pay Scale and Application Fee
- Pay Scale: The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary in the range of Rs 48,000 to Rs 69,100.
- Application Fee: General and OBC candidates need to pay Rs. 100, while SC and ST candidates are exempt from the fee. The fee can be paid through various online modes.
